LiveOnline Refund Policy

It is our desire that users of our online training services experience our product without interruptions or other difficulties.  In the event of interruptions, technical difficulties or other impediments to successful use of our training services, the following Refund Policy shall apply:

LiveOnline Broadcasts
In the event that a broadcast experiences technical difficulty resulting in a loss of broadcast capability, viewers will receive a refund in full for the broadcast session in question.  Please note that broadcasts cancelled due to technical difficulty are not eligible for continuing education accreditation and therefore no certificates will be issued.  In the event that a broadcast experiences minor technical difficulties not necessitating the cancellation of the broadcast, a full or partial refund may be extended to viewers at the discretion of Cookson Walker Consulting.
In the event that a participant who is registered for a course is no longer able to attend the course or session:

LiveOnline On Demand
In the event that a purchased On Demand course is not available or experiences technical difficulties resulting in an inability to complete the training, a full refund will be issued.  Non-completion of an On Demand course due to user cancellation during viewing will not result in a refund.

LiveOnline Passport Users
A refund for the LiveOnline Passport will only be issued in the event that Cookson Walker Consulting is unable to provide a level of programming sufficient to fulfill the benefits of the LiveOnline Passport.  The agreed acceptable level of annual programming shall include a minimum of 24 LiveOnline Broadcast sessions and 20 On Demand sessions added to the LiveOnline On Demand catalogue.  The On Demand sessions may include duplications of the Broadcast sessions.  Refunds beyond this criterion are at the discretion of Cookson Walker Consulting.

Refunds are to be paid to the person who enters into the contract with Cookson Walker Consulting, unless the person gives a written direction to Cookson Walker Consulting to pay the refund to another person.  All refunds will be issued in the method of payment used by the registrant.
