Financial Success Training is a 14-hour, on-demand, customized program that first covers the basics of business literacy and financial statements with enjoyable, challenging activities. Participants are then guided through financial analysis, decision making and action-taking with a focus on their own organization’s financial numbers, objectives and concerns.
