When do LiveOnline™ Broadcasts begin?
All LiveOnline™ Broadcasts begin at 8:00 p.m.
EST (5:00 p.m. PST) unless otherwise noted. Each broadcast runs for approximately
one to one and a half hours.
What technology is required to view and participate in LiveOnline™?
To view Broadcasts and On Demand sessions, users will need to have a media player such as Quicktime or Windows Media. In order to take advantage of the interactive features of LiveOnline™ Broadcasts, users will need to have Skype™. All of these programs can be downloaded free of charge from the Internet.
How does the participation component of LiveOnline™ Broadcasts work?
Viewers can participate by texting or calling in their questions using Skype™. Full details are provided in the registration confirmation email for the course. Viewers are welcome to ask questions or make comments at any time – our producer will hold you in the queue until the earliest moment the presenters can take your question or comment.
What is the registration cut-off for LiveOnline™ Broadcasts?
We recommend registering at least 3 days in advance to allow yourself time to ensure you have the right technology downloaded. However, we will accept registrations up until noon (12:00 EST) on the day of the Broadcast.
Is there a discount available for individuals or organizations who frequently take advantage of LiveOnline™ education?
Yes – the LiveOnline™ Passport offers frequent users unlimited
On Demand access for just $500 per year plus HST (total of $565). For

How are Continuing Education (CE) credits issued?
Whether you are participating in a LiveOnline™ Broadcast
or viewing LiveOnline On Demand™, our tracking system verifies your
viewing for the duration of the course. Accredited On Demand courses are
followed by a short test that must be completed and passed (80% or better)
in order to qualify for CE credits. Participants who stay for or view an
entire live webcast course are issued CE certificates by email within two
weeks of course completion. We are not able to issue CE credits for incomplete
courses.
